We accept all major credit / debit cards.

At you can shop with confidence as all payments are processed through sagepay payment system. We have a secure method of taking payments and insure strict security to safe guarding any personal information and your orders

Delivery information

We can only deliver to the address registered to the credit/debit card. All items will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order has been placed. Please note that during periods this could take up to 3 to 7 working days. If items are out of stock we shall inform you via email or phone. A signature will be required on deliveries.

Postage charge within UK:  Free on orders £99 and over otherwise it’s £5.95 and delivery hours are between 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday- Friday. A signature is required upon delivery.

Special delivery is available upon request.

International shipping costs vary. Please refer to 'Delivery' section for full costs.


All costs of returning/exchanging goods will be incurred by the customer. The items sent for refund/exchange are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches, please ensure the necessary insurance has been taken. Sale items can only be exchanged. We regret that where a delivery charge has been applied this is not refundable.

Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all the accessories. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and un-damaged items after 7 days. Any free gifts with the products must also be returned and unused.

All items are subject to availability. Designs, colours, size may vary slightly. Every care is taken to ensure the product description is as accurate as possible however specification or details may change. Please be aware that once an order has been placed we are unable to make amendments to that order until you have received it.

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, RivaaJ by Huma shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

As a result of method of hand-dyeing certain items the colours are not guaranteed. Any displacements to stones, sequins, beads or embroidery cannot be deemed as defect in the garment/jewellery but is caused by the very nature of the work. In these cases postage cannot be claimed in exchanges or refunds

There are times our retail stores will run special local promotions which may not be available on our web-site or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail store.
