All costs of returning/exchanging goods will be incurred by the customer. The items sent for refund/exchange are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches, please ensure the necessary insurance has been taken. Sale items can only be exchanged.

We regret that where a delivery charge has been applied this is not refundable.

A handling charge of 10% will be applied to all returned items individually.

Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all the accessories. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and undamaged items but will consider providing a credit-note. Any free gifts with the products must also be returned and unused.

**For all our UK customers all our pricings are V.A.T inclusive.**

** SPECIAL & MADE TO MEASURE orders cannot be returned or refunded.


If items are faulty these need to be returned within 30 days of arrival. Please inform us of any intention to return any items by filling out a returns form, along with the item codes and your full contact details. All items must be returned undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

We aim to process all refunds within 28 days of receiving items. Refund can only be credited to the original payment debit/credit card.


If you would like to exchange any goods we will be happy to do so, as long as they are returned with all original tags and packaging. Please notify us of any intentions of exchanges within 24 hours of receiving these, for an exchange to occur.
